A B O U T

As a kid growing up in New Jersey, Brissol developed a love of music at an early age. His initial passions for oldies and country music soon broadened into a much wider appreciation of musical forms - from hip-hop to folk rock, and beyond.  But it was his particular fascination with Jorma Kaukonen’s unique style of finger-picking that inevitably sparked an urge in him to start creating his own music and led him to acquire his first acoustic guitar.  Self-taught and naturally gifted, Brissol began distilling his diverse musical influences and unique life experiences into his own craft.  He calls the result… “brissolmusic”!
